no. Medical payments is payable without regard to fault. Bodily injury is only for “at fault” accidents. sometimes there is an offset for the medical payments provision on the bodily injury claim, but, in most states a separate premium is charged for each separate coverage, thus they are obviously different. (you don't pay twice for the same thing)
