I got in accident and no fault at me at all?

I got in accident and no fault at me at all?

I was driving in one lane road and suddenly brown jeep from other side(going opposite direction) went into my lane and hit my mirror and that dick ran away. My mirror broke in half and can be found on my side, cuz the other guy ran into me. But that db ran away and idk wut to do. Should i report it to insurance company? cuz it wasn't my fault at all. Or should i just buy new mirror? I never been in accident 20 years of drivin
